Always store your bread in a cool, dry place – warm, moist conditions encourage the yeast in the bread to grow, which can reduce the life of the bread. For ‘best before’ dates, check the tie around the neck of the packaging.
All of our breads and rolls are suitable for home freezing. Just place in the freezer anytime up until the best before date and consume within three months.
Sourdough bread continues to improve in nutritional value for several days after baking, so why not wait a while before you freeze it?
